50% deposit holds your date, whatever the length.

Due on arrival. Cash is easiest, or e-transfer on the day.
Cancellation
Cancel more than fourteen days ahead and you get your full deposit back. Cancel after fourteen but before seven days and 50% of the deposit comes back. Inside seven days it no deposit returned.

Cleaned every time, before it comes to you.
